Boston Globe And MIT Collaborate On New Media

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  The Boston Globe and the MIT Center for Civic Media have announced the launch of a new media collaboration.

Funded with $250,000 in foundation support, the collaboration will feature four MIT Civic media research fellowships in the Boston Globe Lab.

The collaboration will apply academic research and new media technologies to help the Boston Globe newsroom improve and expand its digital media operation and reach.
