Apnex Medical Accepts $10 Million New Venture Capital

   St. Paul, Minnesota  --  Medical device firm Apnex Medical has raised $10 million in new venture capital investment, according to the company.

Apnex is developing medical device and active implantable technology in order to treat obstructive sleep apnea.

New Enterprise Associates made the investment.

The company said it would use the funding to pursue regulatory approval for the device.
