Aventura Adds $1 Million Venture Capital Equity

   Denver, Colorado  --  IT company Aventura has secured $1 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Aventura is developing healthcare IT and workflow solutions for clinicians.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Aventura is still seeking $2 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
