AppNexus Closes $75 Million Series D Round

   New York, New York  --  Infrastructure software company AppNexus has garnered $75 million in its fourth round of institutional venture capital investment.

AppNexus has created online advertising technologies that it says are powerful, open and customizable.

Technology Crossover Ventures led the round, which also included previous investors Venrock and Tribeca Venture Partners.

The company said it would use the financing to "create the next generation of innovations that will transform online advertising."
