ERecyclingCorps Nabs $8 Million Venture Capital

Irving, Texas  --  ERecyclingCorps has raised $8 million in new venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

ERecyclingCorps buys, recycles and sells used cell phones and other wireless communication devices.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

ERecyclingCorps is still seeking $1 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
