MoBeam Bags Venture Capital Equity Funding

   San Francisco, California  --  IT company MoBeam has landed $2.2 million in venture capital equity financing, according to an SEC filing.

MoBeam has developed point-of-sale technologies that help link consumers with retailers and brands.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

MoBeam is still seeking $786,000 in additional financing, according to the filing. Some of the amount already received include conversion of outstanding promissory notes.
