Atrenta Garners Series D Venture Capital

San Jose, California  --  Semiconductor analysis company Atrenta has landed $2.8 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Atrenta provides predictive analysis solutions (EDA) to a variety of electronics and semiconductor companies.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Atrenta is backed by a large syndicate of venture capital and corporate investors.
