Play-i Lands Crowdfunding Round

   Mountain View, California  --  Electronics technology company Play-i has raised $1.4 million in crowdfunding financing, according to a report in TechCrunch.

Play-i wants to encourage young people to learn computer science and engineering through its electronic devices coupled with software technology.

The company received contributions from numerous people in countries around the world for over 10,000 pre-orders of the product.
