Holaira Clears Series C Venture Capital Round

Plymouth, Minnesota  --  Medical device company Holaira has landed $10 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

Holaira is developing minimally invasive products for lung denervation processes to help patients who are suffering from obstructive lung diseases.

Investors in the round included Advanced Technology Ventures, Morgenthaler Ventures, Versant Ventures and Split Rock Partners.

The company said it would use the financing proceeds to support continued development of its products.
