Avnera Adds Fifth Venture Capital Funding

   Beaverton, Oregon  --  Semiconductor company Avnera has garnered $3.7 million in its Series E round of venture capital investment.

Avnera is a fabless semiconductor company developing products for wireless audio and Voice-over-IP applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Avnera is still seeking $1 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
