Green Power Tech Garners Venture Capital Equity

King of Prussia, Pennsylvania  --  Wireless technology company Green Power Technologies has received $700,000 in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Green Power has developed a wireless smart plug that helps buildings reduce energy usage.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Green Power is still seeking $300,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
