AirWatch Closes $200 Million Venture Capital Round

   Atlanta, Georgia  --  Mobile device management company AirWatch has secured commitments for $200 million in its first institutional venture capital funding round.

AirWatch provides enterprise grade mobile device, application and content management solutions to more than 5,300 customers across the world.

Insight Venture Partners led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
