3D Biomatrix Secures Venture Capital Investment

Ann Arbor, Michigan  --  Biotechnology company 3D Biomatrix has received $740,000 in venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

3D Biomatrix sells three-dimensional cell culture plates and cell matrices for life science research and drug discovery/testing applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
