AppNeta Nets Third Venture Capital Round

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  IT company AppNeta has garnered $16 million in its Series C round of institutional venture capital investment.

AppNeta provides network performance management solutions for data center, cloud, remote office and mobile environments.

Bain Capital Ventures led the round, which also included Egan-Managed Capital, JMI Equity and BDC Venture Capital.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
