AgBiome Garners Series A Venture Capital

RTP, NC  --  Agriculture research company AgBiome has raised $14.5 million in first round venture capital investment.

AgBiome is developing discovery and early stage research for agricultural applications.

Polaris Partners led the round, which included other institutional investors.

AgBiome said it would use the funding to advance its R & D programs.
