Eduventures Secures New Venture Capital Financing

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  Education information service company Eduventures has received $1.9 million in new venture capital equity funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Eduventures provides research and analysis for the education market.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Eduventures is still seeking $63,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
