CoalTek Collects Venture Capital Debt Financing

   Chelmsford, Massachusetts  --  Coal technology company CoalTek has raised $1 million in new venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

CoalTek is developing technologies that use electromagnetic energy to reduce the pollution from burning coal.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

CoalTek is still seeking $131,000 in additional venture capital debt financing, according to the filing.
