GroundMetrics Garners New Angel Venture Capital

   San Diego, California  --  IT company GroundMetrics has secured $1.5 million in new angel venture capital investment.

GroundMetrics has developed  land-based, electromagnetic sensing technologies for the oil, gas, mining and geothermal industries.

The Tech Coast Angels led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the funding to complete product engineering and initiate its commercialization efforts.
