Goldman Sachs Launches Alternative Investments Vehicle

   New York, New York  --  Goldman Sachs has announced the launch of a new alternative investment vehicle for individual investors.

Called Goldman Sachs Multi-Manager Alternatives Fund, the fund is a part of the company's Asset Management division and will invest in a wide range of equity and fixed income strategies, with a minimum initial investment of only $1,000.

The fund will allocate its assets among multiple investment managers who are unaffiliated with the Investment Advisor.
