Happy Cloud Raises First Institutional Venture Capital

   New York, New York  --  Digital media technology company Happy Cloud has garnered $4.25 million in its Series A round of venture capital funding.

Happy Cloud has created a network that enables users to play games on demand by pre-installing and pre-packaging the game on its network.

Avalon Ventures led the round, which also included Shaman Ventures and Jesselson capital.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
