Conversocial Nets Series A Venture Capital Financing

   New York, New York  --  Internet technology company Conversocial has received $4.4 million in its first round of institutional venture capital funding.

Conversocial has developed solutions that enable enterprises to provide better customer service via social channels.

Octopus Investments led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the financing to meet market demand and expand its service offering into the contact center.
