CoTap Connects With First Venture Capital

   San Francisco, California  --  Mobile communication company CoTap has garnered $5.5 million in its first round of institutional venture capital investment.

CoTap is developing a simpler and easier to use mobile communication protocol for the enterprise.

Charles River Ventures and Emergence Capital Partners made the investment.

The company will use the financing to increase its engineering headcount.
