Technology Firms Form Smart Cities Council

 Seattle, Washington  --  Top technology companies have collaborated to create a new resource for city technology development.

Called the Smart Cities Council, the group has created a global hub that enables mayors and other city leaders to develop a comprehensive technology roadmap for their city.

Charter companies included Cisco, AT&T, Bechtel, General Electric, IBM, Microsoft and others.
