Chromatik Raises Venture Capital Equity Financing

    Santa Monica, California  --  Music technology company Chromatik has secured $5.7 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Chromatik has developed software applications that "modernizes the way musicians of all abilities use sheet music to practice and perform."




Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use proceeds.

Chromatik is still seeking $3.1 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
