ChowNow Chews On New Venture Capital Equity

   Venice, California  --  Internet company ChowNow has secured $1.2 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

ChowNow is developing a next-generation meal ordering platform connecting restaurants and customers.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

ChowNow is still seeking $800,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
