Provenir Launches Big Data Engagement Platform

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  Software technology company Provenir has announced the launch of a new data oriented online engagement platform.

Called Omni-Channel, the system acts as a "glue" between existing systems, allowing digital brands to listen to their customers and engage with them in real time.

The company says that existing layers of services slow customers down in analyzing and implementing effective online strategies.

CACI Ltd. in the UK was cited by the company as an early adopter of the new service. CACI's customers include Vodafone, Symantec, British Gas and RAC.
