Actelis Networks Adds Venture Capital Equity

Fremont, California  --  Ethernet networking technology company Actelis Networks has secured $1.4 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Actelis provides carrier ethernet connectivity over existing copper networking equipment.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Actelis is still seeking $1.6 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
