Honest Buildings Closes Series A Venture Capital

   New York, New York  --  Internet technology company Honest Buildings has garnered $5.5 million in its first round of institutional venture capital funding.

Honest Buildings is developing a next-generation commercial real estate information service.

The Westly Group and RockPort Capital led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used, however the company recently launched an office in London to expand its service to the UK.
