Cognito Launches Financial Services Social PR Platform

   New York, New York  --  Public relations and marketing agency Cognito has announced the launch of a new social PR platform for the financial services industry.

Called Comtela, the system enables financial services companies to find, follow and interact with journalists on Twitter.

The application uses the Twitter API to benchmark a companies twitter followers versus its proprietary database of media influencers in the financial industry.

The initiative is part of Cognito Analytics, the research and technology division of Cognito.
