Critical Mention Raises Venture Capital Equity

   New York, New York  --  Digital television media company Critical Mention has garnered $434,000 in venture capital equity funding, according to an SEC filing.

Critical Mention is commercializing an online platform that enables clients to track current and archival television video clips and associated text.




Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Sean Morgan, previously of Screaming Media, is the founder and CEO of Critical Mention.
