Kit Check Closes First Venture Capital Investment

   San Francisco, California  --  Software technology developer Kit Check has garnered $10.4 million in its first institutional venture capital funding round.

Kit Check sells technologies to hospitals that assist them in more accurately tracking their inventory and reducing medical errors.

New Leaf Venture Partners led the round, which also included Sands Capital Management, Easton Capital and LionBird.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed by the company.
