FTRANS Reports $2 Million Venture Capital Equity

   Atlanta, Georgia  --  Financial services company FTRANS has garnered $2.2 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

FTRANS has developed technology that provides a collateral monitoring system to help make lending to small businesses profitable for banks.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

FTRANS is still seeking $384,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
