Intelligent Mechatronic Lands Venture Capital Debt

Waterloo, ON, Canada  --  Mobile technology company Intelligent Mechatronic Systems has secured $4 million in new venture capital debt investment.

Intelligent Mechatronic is developing telematics and infotainment technologies for What it calls the "Connected Car" experience.

BEST Funds made the investment.

The company said it would use the proceeds to continue its focus on research and development initiatives.
