FashionPlaytes Secures $1 Million Venture Capital Debt

   Beverly, Massachusetts  --  Internet technology company FashionPlaytes has raised $1.06 million in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

FashionPlaytes operates a website that enables girls to create their own fashions and then purchase them.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

FashionPlaytes is still seeking $440,000 in additional debt financing, according to the filing.
