BioScale Collects $19 Million Venture Capital Equity

   Lexington, Massachusetts  --  Biotechnology instrument company BioScale has received $18.8 million in new venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

BioScale sells a protein measurement technology that accelerates drug discovery, development and production.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, know was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

BioScale is still seeking $19.5 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
