Logicbroker Closes Series A Venture Capital Round

   Shelton, Connecticut  --  E-Commerce technology company Logicbroker has secured $1.6 million in its first round of venture capital funding.

Logicbroker has created a cloud-based integration hub that enables "automated exchange of inventory, catalog, and order information by connecting your website, internal systems and trading partners."

Connecticut Innovations led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

Logicbroker said it would use the funding proceeds for growth purposes.
