99designs Launches Low-Cost Graphic Design

San Francisco, California  --  Internet graphic design marketplace 99designs has announced the launch of a new small design service.

Called Swiftly, the service will enable customers to get existing graphic design files altered by graphic designers for a low or fixed fee.

Examples of relevant services would be to alter logos, business cards, banner ads and icons. Customers pay a flat $15 fee per change.
