Inovus Solar Garners Venture Capital Equity

   Boise, Idaho  --  Electronics technology company Inovus Solar has received $822,000 in venture capital equity funding, according to an SEC filing.

Inovus develops outdoor lighting solutions that use solar power for their energy supply.

Investors in the round were not disclosed.

The company is still seeking $700,000 in additional equity financing, according to the filing.
