2080 Media Nabs $26 Million Venture Capital Equity

   Atlanta, Georgia  --  Digital media company 2080 Media has secured $26.3 million in new venture capital equity investment.

2080 has developed NFHS Network, a site that helps high schools produce and distribute on televised live sporting events.

Investors in the financing were led by Herff Jones and included existing investors.

$6.3 million of the amount represented conversion of existing convertible debt into equity.
