NewForma Nets Series D Venture Capital Funding

   Manchester, New Hampshire  --  Software developer NewForma has garnered $5.1 million in its fourth institutional venture capital investment financing.

NewForma has developed project collaboration software for the architectural and engineering building processes.

Existing investors North Bridge Venture Partners, Borealis Ventures in Kodiak Venture Partners made the investment.

The company said it would use the financing proceeds to develop new products and expand into new geographic markets.
