Wells Fargo Insurance Launches IP Protection

   Chicago, Illinois  --  Wells Fargo Insurance has announced the launch of two new intellectual property insurance products.

revENSURE indemnifies a company for revenue shortfall if the related IP rights are adversely affected.

ANDAfend covers drug products and provides indemnification for revenue shortfalls if a company's drug sales or licensing service is adversely impacted by a successful paragraph IV challenge.

Both products are proprietary solutions and are underwritten by a "dedicated facility at Lloyd's of London."
