   New York, New York  --  Health care policy veteran Nancy-Ann DeParle has joined Consonance Capital Partners as a Partner.

Miss DeParle will join forces with her former partners and focus on private equity investing in US-based lower middle market healthcare industry companies.

DeParle was a top official in both the Obama and Clinton Administrations and previously worked with her former partners while at JPMorgan Partners.
