BIXI Bags $1 Million Venture Capital Funding

   Québec, Canada  --  Alternative transportation company BIXI has received $1 million in new financial investment.

BIXI operates a bicycle sharing network and service in the city of Montréal.

DiamondCorp, Lanterra and Canderel made the investment.

The company said it would use the financing to expand its bicycle sharing network.
