Apama Medical Banks Series A Venture Capital

Campbell, California  --  Medical device company Apama Medical has secured $3.2 million in its first round of venture capital investment.

Apama is developing treatments for atrial fibrillation via its ablation therapy.

Broadview Ventures led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
