Orchard Park, New York  --  Situational awareness technology company Accipiter Radar has raised $4.7 million in new venture capital funding.

Accipiter provides high-performance radar information networks to help identify and track uncooperative targets.

PRIVEQ Capital Funds made the investment.

Accipiter did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
