Orbital Cygnus Spacecraft Berths With ISS

   Dulles, VA  --  Orbital Sciences (NYSE: ORB) announced that its cargo logistics spacecraft has completed its transit and berthing maneuvers with the International Space Station (ISS).

Called the Cygnus, the spacecraft was launched by Orbital's Antares rocket last Thursday.

The spacecraft is delivering 2,780 lbs of cargo and science payloads to the Expedition 38 astronauts on its first official mission under contract with NASA.
