Cloudian Collects Series B Venture Capital

   Foster City, CA  --  Software developer Cloudian has secured $5.1 million in new financing, according to an SEC filing.

Cloudian provides an Amazon S3-compliant cloud object storage platform.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Minimum investment size was $40,000 per investor.
