Accipiter Garners Venture Capital Equity and Debt

   Wexford, Pennsylvania  --  Telecommunications company Accipiter Systems has raised $251,000 in venture equity and debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Accipiter develops data communications systems for custom military and commercial applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company plans to use the proceeds.
