Compliance Science Nets Series A Venture Capital

   New York, New York  --  Software developer Compliance Science has received $8.25 million in Series A round venture capital investment.

Compliance Science provides web-based regulatory compliance technology and services to the financial services industry.

Edison Ventures made the investment.

The company said it would use the funding to accelerate its product development and expand its sales and marketing efforts.
