InvisibleCRM Launches ServiceDesktop App

   Sunnyvale, California  --  InvisibleCRM has announced the launch of its latest software-as-a-service offering.

Called ServiceDesktop, the application enables service representatives to access, update and close service cases from within Microsoft Outlook.

The service integrates with Service Cloud, a Salesforce.com pre-built solution.

Service cases in Outlook can be customized to include custom fields, new CRM objects, workflows and business logic.
